Grade: PCGS Ch. New 63 PPQ
Original surfaces show a few handling marks. The seal color doesn't have the clear yellow tint of the light green shade nor is it a dark as the blue-green shade that is commonly found. It is more of a cross between the two. However, for most collectors, it is sufficient to call it a Dark Green Seal.
