This seems like an odd tradesmen's title for this city, but what do I know? They printed 14,020 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals, and there are just four reported. That seems about correct with the statistical data. A pleasing, evenly circulated note with black pen signatures of S.F. Carter, President and A.S. Vanderwoot, Cashier. From the J.L.
