This bank was chartered in 1904 and was the town's only national bank. They started issuing Red Seals with 1,550 sheets of $5-5-5-5 and 1,260 sheets of $10-10-10-20. There are only five Red Seals known, including a #1 $5 and three $10s, with this one being the best of the three. A very attractive note with blue stamped signatures of Benjamin and T.C. Russell.
