A neat moderately circulated Civil War issue from this Savanna bank. This note has small, even margins and nice bank officer signatures. PCGS notes that the serial numbers and date are falsely filled in. This, in the cataloger's opinion, may not be correct. Granted, a different color ink was used for the date and serial numbers, but other notes from this occupational titled bank also use different colors for these items. Worth closer examination.
