If you thought this Minneapolis star might be something special, then your intuition is good. It is the only star on this series and district seen by PMG, PCGS or CGA. It might be termed an extreme sleeper and could prove to be extremely rare in the future. PCGS and PMG has only seen three non-star examples of this issue, indicating that the replacement notes are indeed rare. A faint center bend is all that I can detect.
