Here is an unbelievable Pennsylvania find. A #1 Red Seal from this Grange bank. The Grange was a big fraternal organization in the Pennsylvania area and several national banks were founded on this principals. This bank originaly printed 1,800 of the $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals but only two are known today. The signature of the president is quite clear.
