There were three national banks in this Clearfield County community and two of them issued Red Seals. This bank was chartered in 1903 and closed in 1909, printing just 8,150 sheets of $5-$5-$5-$5 and $10-$10-$10-$20 Red Seals. This specimen is evenly circulated and has well-stamped signatures of Hugh W. Irwin, President, and L. W. Spencer, Cashier. From P.
