Only thirty notes are reported for the $20 Philadelphia Red Seal, evenly split between both types. There is nothing reported above XF for this "b" type, and three of the fifteen reported notes are in government hands. What struck me first about this piece was how strong the red overprint was. Graded Fine 15 PPQ by PCGS.
