The colors are absolutely electric on this wide margined specimen from the Atlantic Collection. CGC has called it an Ultra Gem and I see nothing that would cause me to disagree. A very rare note in this state of perfection. PMG and PCGS have each seen just one note that could be its equal. The Flynn example from last April was a PMG 66 EPQ that brought $11,500. This note has better margins. Notes like this, that are sold so infrequently, are hard to estimate, but if past sales are any indication I would think our estimate would be in range.
