This is only the second red seal reported on this bank that was original chartered in 1903 and began its issue with red seals. The plate date of Dec. 2, 1902, indicates that this was among the first sheets sent to the bank, which was officially chartered January 10, 1903. The signatures are faint but still visible, and the wear and tear has left just a tiny internal pinhole. A second (or possibly first) chance for a Wisconsin collector to obtain a red seal from this tough bank.
