Extraordinary eye appeal puts this notable type note ahead of even some Choice CU examples I have seen. With the portrait of one of our greatest statesmen along with Miss Liberty dressed as Columbia, it has to be one of my favorite designs. With less than 200 examples in the census, only a handful grade higher.
