This is a great new addition to the census of Iowa National Bank Notes and to the lovely blue-end paper Lazy Deuces that rarely grace our presence. There is one other 1875 Series Deuce known. The bank was organized on August 5, 1871, with a capitol of $50,000 and chartered on September 19, 1871. The title was changed to Tama on July 11, 1891. Benjamin A. Hall was President and Geo. H. Warren the Cashier. Only 1,280 1875 Deuces were printed.
