This is a very scarce variety, with only ten districts showing notes reported, although I expect that all districts were printed. Star examples however, are even more rare. Only four districts report stars, and currently Richmond is not one of them. That makes this a rare item indeed. It is graded XF 40 by CGA, and appears to have earned every point.
