A very pretty 1882 Dateback from this bank that was chartered in 1891. This beauty has the first title which was used until May 1918 when it became politically incorrect during WWI, thus German was dropped from the title. Great pen signatures of the cashier and John Wetzel, Vice President. There are eight notes recorded with this title and none are better than this example.
