Both of the two national banks in town were chartered to issue Red Seals and this is the only survivor of the 1,050 $10-10-10-20 sheets printed. Excellent pen signatures of R.H. Hankinson, Vice President and E.L. Kinney, Cashier. I would assume the vice president was related to the town's founding fathers. An interesting relationship.
