A beautiful, evenly circulated example that is one of seven star notes reported for this signature combination. It is way too conservative for a VF 20 as it is pretty and fresh. Calling it a "30" makes more sense. Try to find another. The last auction I can find a record for was a Fine, stained, in 2000. Graded VF 20 by PCGS.
