This was the earlier of the town's two national banks and the only one to issue Red Seals. They printed 18,500 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals, and there are only two surviving examples. This is an evenly circulated note with a stamped signature of Wm. L. Watson, President and a penned one for C.S. Crane, Cashier. From T.
