This was the only bank chartered in this Warren County community. It was chartered in 1902 and issued 3,950 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals. There are only eight large notes reported and only this one Red Seal. It's a sharp, high quality note with an excellent pen signature of C.H. Smith, President; the cashier's is not decipherable.
