White Plains is a principal city in Westchester County and its notes are quite elusive. This note has excellent pen signatures of the Vice President, Eugene McKinley, and Chas. E. Sonberg, Cashier. I can find no auction appearances for large size. This bank wasn't chartered until August, 1924, and there are only five large notes reported with the first title and one with the second.
