Only five from this printing reported in Schwan's MPC catalog, and this example with serial number #D00872159 is not among them. Tape pull at right on back has caused a thin in that area and small margin piece to be missing; some pink bleed through on face. Four of the identified five examples are Fine + or worse, so this note ranks close to the best reported.
