Notes of this type simply don't come much better than this. The margins are full and the colors stupendous. PCGS has graded only two others of equal quality and have yet to grade one in "66" or above. PMG has graded two in "65" and one in "66". Compare that to the 49 $5 Educationals in Gem or above of the single most common signature combination. A $5 Educational note in Gem has brought nearly $20,000 within the last year. If one compares relative rarities, it is easy to see how undervalued this $20 Legal is on the current market. A great note with great potential.
