There are only 58 serial numbers reported and the entire type has only around 260 know for all Fr. 309 through Fr. 311. This is a problem free VF 25 and only four have been graded higher; for Fr. 310 twelve graded higher and for Fr. 311 twenty-two are better. All that tells you is that this is a very high grade example for the signature combination and type.
