A scarce Philadelphia bank that printed 23,900 sheets of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 Red Seals. There are only 10 notes reported, with four being Red Seals. This is a sharp, evenly circulated note with excellent black signatures of Ginger Shaw, President and Chas. F. Wignall, Cashier. There is some minor discoloration at the right that is hard to see.
