This fanciful title is a favorite of many, so it is fortunate that there are a few examples (49 in all) to go around. Eleven notes bearing this first title are Red Seals. St. Joseph was a huge banking center in its day, as it was home to ten national banks. This especially nice example is signed by Graham G. Lacy, VP, and E. H. Zimmerman, Cashier.
