Not far from Debbie's home in Dubuque is this quaint old town of Galena. you can tell the history of this 19th Century community at every turn and understand why the bank was one of America's earliest. Virtually all of the 37 known large size notes are first charters, many in similar high grade. This example has extremely clear pen signatures.
