It is an uncommon pleasure to sell any 1928 series star, but to offer a two-digit serial number is truly a note to remember. The note is obviously original and is so bright and vivid I would say the PCGS grade of 30 PPQ is a little conservative. The low observed serial number in the Schwartz book is J00000254*.
