Just nine examples of this 'b' type have been found, and two of those are in government hands. This is currently the finest, although one note is listed without a grade. The folds have been lightly flattened and the back is centered low, but the overall appearance is more than adequate for a high-end set. Originally from the Leon H. Bookman Collection we sold in 2006.
