This is an extraordinary fourth printing of a back on a back, so face up and face down. In other words, it's a pretty screwy error. The bookends that are with it are normal. Three consecutive pieces, one graded 63 PPQ, one is 65 PPQ (the error) and the other is 67 PPQ.
