First Issue Continental signed by John Bayard. An impressive, extremely crisp and clean note having four perfect even margins which create excellent centering on both the face and back. The printed black text is sharp and clear. The red and brown signatures include "John Bayard" who was a member of the Continental Congress and Army Colonel in the Revolutionary War, as well as serving with the Sons of Liberty and the Speaker of the Pennsylvania Assembly.
