An uncut trio of South Carolina Civil War Fractionals. These notes were issued by the Bank of the State of South Carolina, which acted as the state's sole fiscal agent during the Civil War. As a result, no other state notes were issued. These notes have excellent paper and strong inks. There is some ink bleed-through on all three notes, but no holes. A single crease on the lower left side of the 25_ and a couple of tiny edge nicks on the right side of the 75_ keeps this trio from being CU. Rare in uncut form.
