There were two banks that issued large size and one that was small only from this Goodhue County community, home to Red Wing pottery. This is the only Red Seal known on this early bank and it's a decent, evenly-circulated but well-used note with excellent pen signatures of J. Henry Cross, VP, and Samuel H. Lockin, Cashier.
