This was Raymond Biswanger's favorite note in his collection. We had PCGS grade it because we wanted buyers to know it is special as it is graded Gem New 65PPQ. I have not heard of any graded higher by PCGS. This certainly may be the best of this issue ever put in a holder. Given that set of facts, I expect there to be real serious interest in the estimated range.
