Stars were printed for only seven of the twelve districts in the 1969-B series and are considered scarce. This is a mixed pack of star notes with 73 of the 1969-B* series and 27 of the 1969-C* series from New York. These are nice but the centering is just average on the 1969-Cs, but pretty decent on the 1969-Bs.
