I believe that Gem CU $10 North Africa notes are vastly underrated. Both PCGS and PMG together have graded about 70 or so pieces so far in 65 (EPQ or PPQ) or better. That is hardly a lot for such a major type. This exceptional piece meets or exceeds every standard for the grade. Graded Gem New 65 PPQ by PCGS.
