This "new" town had three national banks. One issued First Charters and another issued small size. This bank was chartered in 1903 and printed 2,061 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals. This is the only Red Seal known and it's amazing. High grade and bold pen signatures of A. Garlinger, President and H.E. Cartwright, Cashier.
