The first of the town's two national banks. It was chartered in 1890 and liquidated in 1933 without issuing any small size notes. There have been three public offerings in 60 years of the nine notes reported. This note faces up like a lower grade VF but the back shows some wallet dirt. The pen signatures of K.G. Skartum, President and Kroeger, Cashier are clear.
