Here is a back-up for the First National Bank of Wells. This Blue Seal has excellent pen signatures of Miles Draper, Vice President and Grace B. Matthew, Assistant Cashier. A decent example but there are three heavy folds. Still a tough location with just 12 large notes recorded.
