Opportunities to acquire First Charter uncut sheets are few and far-between, and if you collect Philadelphia, I don't think it gets much better than this wonderful sheet. This sheet has been graded VF 30 Net by PMG, stating restoration, which is easiest seen on the back. The sheet was folded in between the notes, probably to fit in a safe deposit box, I suppose. Several areas that had splits have been strengthened, but this is a very rare opportunity for those who strive for the best in their collections.
