Here is a lovely 1902 Plain Back $20 from the Upper Peninsula that is one of four large notes reported. Of the two Blue Seals known, this is the best and it's much less expensive than the Red Seal we have sold for $16,000 to $19,000, more or less. Excellent pen signatures.
