This note is circulated but so fresh it still has obvious strong embossing. It also has excellent pen signatures, both of which have annotations I can't figure out. This is only the fourth note reported with the first title and it's a beauty that is sure to please. This low estimate could easily be multiplied with this rarity, quality and a $5 Brownback.
