This bank was chartered in 1927 as the West Side National Bank but did not issue under that title. The National City Bank title was adopted in 1929 and issued every denomination except $50s. Today, only 26 notes from that issue remain for collectors. That isn't many for a major city like Denver. Some light purple spots are on the front.
