This rare bank was liquidated in 1911, having issued Brownbacks, Red Seals and a few sheets of Datebacks. To date, just three low-grade Brownbacks and this sole Red Seal seem to have survived. The last note to appear at auction was a Fine condition $10 Brownback that we sold in late 2006 for $3,700 +. This Red Seal is well used but all there, with some margin roughness at the left end.
