This is the last national bank chartered in the state of Kansas and this note is the best I have ever seen. The centering is virtually perfect. It is signed by the Chandlers, a family that is still involved in Kansas banking. It has the word "VICE" placed above the word "president" in the signature block. The only time I know of where the word was printed.
