This is a beautiful, bright, fresh, Original Series $5 that has exceptional paper quality and this very interesting "NBC" overprint on the upper right side. I assume that it was printed after the serial number, but that is only my thought, not my factually based answer. I know the note is a beauty and the extra design figure is only the second of the type I have seen added.
