This bank was chartered in 1905 and liquidated in 1923. They printed 3,470 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals, with this being only the second Red Seal known, with only three notes reported altogether. This is a pleasing, evenly circulated note that has wispy stamped signatures of J.W. Rewalt, President and H.A. Bell, Cashier.
