Grade: PMG Ch. Abt. UNC 58 EPQ Net
Way back in the earliest days of paper money even the ABNC made mistakes. This is the 68th note printed from the 45th plate, if I understand correctly. As you can see, the seal has shifted very low and part of the seal above is visible, just above the serial number. I suppose it has a light corner bend and that is why it's not graded UNC. It is very rare to find an error on this issue and the quality is outstanding. This could easily be a five-figure item. Graded Ch. Abt. UNC 58 EPQ, misaligned seal, by PMG.
