Grade: PMG Fine 12
This is the only Federal Reserve district to issue fifties and most were owned by William A. Philpott at one time or another. Because this was short-lived, and heavily promoted by Philpott, the type remains very rare with 54 notes reported. There never seems to be many available as all type collectors need this to represent the type. I have seen worse notes graded VF 20, but oh well. This is a great looking note for the type and grade. Graded Fine 12 by PMG.
