A beautiful note from one of the city's two national banks, and the only one to issue Red Seals. They issued 4,000 sheets of $5-5-5-5 and 2,800 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals. This Red Seal is fresh and attractive with a stamped signatures of Geo. Wells, President and a penned signatures of Francis Chapin, Cashier.
