Some uneven soiling, especially on the back, will affect the price, although a small margin tear probably won't. This is a rare note however, with only six others known, half of them better. One of those six is in the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. We have auctioned only three pieces since 2003, while Heritage has sold none in recent history.
