Evanston has only two national banks and the other shows only three large notes reported. While this charter has 13 large notes reported and only one of those is destined to be higher quality than this example. We sold a Fine in March 2011 at $4,140. With the purple stamped signatures this should do well. Located in Vinta County in the far southwest corner of the state.
